Description:
This IP permits to implement a PID controller (Proportional-Derivative-Integrative) for DC motors. The feedback position signal is acquired by optical encoder.

Features:
  • PID controller (3 constants)
  • Optical Encoder interface (5 wires: A, B, index, V+, Gnd)
  • PWM Control Signal: to be amplified and applied to the motor
  • Reference signal: position or velocity
